A rotational stage is a key component of every X‐ray instrument capable of providing tomographic or diffraction measurements. To perform accurate three‐dimensional reconstructions, runout errors due to imperfect rotation (e.g. circle of confusion) must be quantified and corrected. A dedicated instrument capable of full characterization and circle of confusion mapping in rotary stages down to the sub‐10 nm level has been developed. A high‐stability design, with an array of five capacitive sensors, allows simultaneous measurements of wobble, radial and axial displacements. The developed instrument has been used for characterization of two mechanical stages which are part of an X‐ray microscope.  相似文献

Direct writing technique is usually used in femtosecond-laser two-photon micromachining. The size of the scanning step has important influence on the surface quality and machining efficiency of microdevices. According to the mechanism of two-photon polymerization combining the distribution function of the light intensity and the free-radical-concentration theory, we establish the mathematical model of coverage of solidification unit and analyze the effect of coverage on the machining quality and efficiency of microdevices. Using the principle of exposure equivalence, we also obtain the analytic expression of the relationship between the surface-quality characteristic parameters of microdevices and the scanning step and carry out the numerical simulation and experiment. The results show that the scanning step has little influence on the surface quality of the line when it is much smaller than the size of the solidification unit. However, when the scanning step is gradually increasing, the smoothness of the line surface is reduced rapidly, and the surface quality becomes worse drastically. For stereo-device processing with different slopes, we propose a kind three-dimensional continuous-variable scanning method and provide the calculation expression of the scanning step. From the experimental example of fabricating a spherical structure, we show that, compared with the fixed-step scanning method, the continuous-variable scanning-step method should be used to improve the surface quality of microdevices.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulations of the displacement cascades in Fe-10%Cr systems are used to simulate the primary knocked-on atom events of the irradiation damage at temperatures 300,600,and 750 K with primary knockedon atom energies between 1 and 15 keV.The results indicate that the vacancies produced by the cascade are all in the central region of the displacement cascade.During the cascade,all recoil Fe and Cr atoms combine with each other to form Fe-Cr or Fe-Fe interstitial dumbbells as well as interstitial clusters.The number and the size of interstitial clusters increase with the energy of the primary knocked-on atom and the temperature.A few large clusters consist of a large number of Fe interstitials with a few Cr atoms,the rest are Fe-Cr clusters with small and medium sizes.The interstitial dumbbells of Fe-Fe and Fe-Cr are in the 111 and 110 series directions,respectively.  相似文献

Mesoporous chitosan‐grafted iron tetra (4‐carboxyphenyl) porphyrin catalyst (Fe TCPP/mesp‐CTS) was prepared and investigated as a practical model for the nano‐cavity and coordinate regulation‐catalysis(CRC) function in cytochrome P‐450 enzyme. Fe TCPP/mesp‐CTS was characterized by X‐ray Diffraction (XRD), Thermogravimetry (TG), Ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy(UV‐Vis), Ultraviolet–visible– Diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV‐DRS), Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) techniques. The catalytic activity of Fe TCPP/mesp‐CTS for ethylbenzene oxidation was investigated and it was proved to be a better catalyst than Fe TCPP/macp‐CTS based on the ethylbenzene conversion, turnover numbers(TON), and the reusability. These results are attributed to the mesocavity and CRC of amino group in Fe TCPP/mesp‐CTS. The highest ethylbenzene conversion and yields of ketone and alcohol were 24.4% and 18.2%, respectively.  相似文献

Two new Zn2Dy2 complexes were constructed from Zn (II) salen‐type Schiff base complex fragment and 2,6‐pyridinedimethanol (H2pdm) or its Br‐substituted analogue (4‐bromopyridine‐2,6‐diyl)dimethanol (H2Brpdm); their molecular formulas are [Zn2Dy2(L)2(pdm)2(MeOH)2](ClO4)2 [ 1 , H2L = N, N′‐ bis(3‐methoxysalicylidene)‐1,3‐diaminopropane] and [Zn2Dy2(L)2(Brpdm)2(MeOH)2](ClO4)2 [ 2 ], the Dy (III) ions of which have a NO7 triangular dodecahedral coordination sphere. The two complexes show not only ferromagnetic interaction but also field‐induced single‐molecule magnet (SMM) behavior, which are rare Dy (III)‐containing cluster complexes with the NO7 triangular dodecahedral coordination sphere that can show good magnetic relaxation. The energy barrier value of complex 2 is higher than those of complex 1 and the Dy (III) complexes with the DyNO7 triangular dodecahedral coordination configuration reported in the literature.  相似文献

Despite the numerous techniques developed for the studying nanoparticle and peptide interaction nowadays, sensitive and convenient assay in the process of flow, especially to simulate the self‐assembly of quantum dots (QDs) and peptide inflow in blood vessels, still remains big challenges. Here, we report a novel assay for studying the self‐assembly of QDs and peptide, based on CE using a bending capillary. We demonstrate that the semicircles numbers of the bending capillary affect the self‐assembly kinetics of CdSe/ZnS QDs and ATTO‐D3LVPRGSGP9G2H6 peptide. Moreover, benefitting from this novel assay, the effect of the position on the self‐assembly has also been realized. More importantly, we also demonstrate that this novel assay can be used for studying the stability of the QDs–peptide complex inflow. We believe that our novel assay proposed in this work could be further used as a general strategy for the studying nanoparticle–biomolecule interaction or biomolecule–biomolecule interaction.  相似文献

A practical heterogeneous palladium‐catalyzed carbonylative Suzuki coupling of aryl iodides with arylboronic acids under carbon monoxide gas‐free conditions has been developed using a bidentate phosphino‐functionalized magnetic nanoparticle‐immobilized palladium(II) complex as catalyst. Formic acid was utilized as the carbon monoxide source with dicyclohexylcarbodiimide as the activator, and a wide variety of biaryl ketones were generated in moderate to high yields. The new heterogeneous palladium catalyst can be prepared via a simple procedure and can easily be separated from a reaction mixture by simply applying an external magnet and recycled up to 10 times without any loss of activity.  相似文献
